Due to the custom nature of software development:
- 30% upfront payment is non-refundable once requirements analysis begins
- Milestone payments are refundable only if the milestone isn't started
- Final payment is non-refundable after code delivery

For our software-as-a-service products:
- Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds after service activation
- Downgrades: Prorated credits applied to next billing cycle
3. Support & Maintenance
For ongoing support contracts:
- First 15 days: Full refund if no tickets were processed
- After 15 days: Prorated refund based on unused portion
- Emergency support cases void refund eligibility
